01/03/2011 – Lineup for the Clare Research Symposium 2011 finalised
The lineup for the Clare Research Symposium 2010 has now been finalized, and can be viewed on the Programme page. There are a variety of talks representing a huge range of research fields and topics. The symposium promises to be an informative and exciting day, whether you are interested in humanities, sciences, or everything!
The day is split into 4 sessions, each of which covers both science and arts talks. Each session is chaired by a fellow of Clare whose area of expertise is in some way connected to the talks given. In addition to the sessions with talks by students and CRAs there will be a keynote speech by Prof. Roel Sterckx, the Joseph Needham Professor of Chinese History, Science and Civilisation. Refreshments, lunch, and a wine reception will be on offer for all symposium attendees.

The deadline for submission of abstracts to give a talk has now passed. Registration to present a poster or attend the symposium will remain open until a later date (tbc). Please check back soon for more information.
29/11/10 – Registration for the 2011 Clare Research Symposium is open!
You can now register to attend the 2011 Clare Research Symposium. If you would like to present a talk or poster, you should also submit a title and abstract along with your registration details. The deadline for submission of abstracts is January 28th 2011. Registration to attend the symposium will remain open until a later date (tbc).

We are delighted to announce that the 4th Annual Clare College Research Symposium will be held on Thursday March 17th 2011 in the Gillespie Centre.
